Our Leadership Team

Brian Stratton
President
Brian has always loved the challenge of figuring things out and solving problems. Growing up, he loved to tinker with devices and work on computers, inspired by his father, who was an electrical engineer. This hands-on experience laid the foundation for his passion for electrical engineering.
Starting his career in the aircraft industry, Brian supported the aircraft line, which gave him a practical approach to problem-solving. He thrives on working with clients to address their issues and help them plan for the future of their facilities. His journey from hands-on work to teaching and mentoring others has been incredibly rewarding.

Mark Wallsten
Vice President of Engineering
Mark has always been fascinated by the intersection of technology and problem-solving. As a child, he loved taking apart electrical devices to understand how they worked—a curiosity that evolved into a passion for electrical engineering. Today, he specializes in power systems, helping clients navigate complex challenges and develop reliable, high-performance solutions. Mark finds the most fulfillment in collaborating with clients, understanding their unique needs, and delivering designs that enhance functionality, efficiency, and safety. Seeing projects come to life is what drives him every day.

Wallace Akenga
Engineering Department Manager
Wallace’s interest in electrical engineering began at a young age, when he would visit with his uncle who worked as a technician installing and repairing telecommunication equipment for a TV station. He’s motivated by the opportunity to work in an industry that has a significant impact on people’s lives. His greatest reward stems from delivering projects that meet and exceed client expectations.

Jason Moyer
Design Department Manager
Jason’s father and grandfather were both machinist mechanics, so the idea of learning a technical trade just was a natural fit. Jason’s favorite class in high school was drafting, where he learned on the board to do pencil drafting. Nearly 30 years later, Jason is still involved in CAD and design. The first seven years were in mechanical drafting and design for a military training contractor in Mesa, Arizona. He did have a 5 year stint as an aircraft dispatcher for Air Midwest Airlines and Mesa Airlines. He returned to design in the electrical discipline in 2006 and has been in the electrical industry since.
Jason’s favorite aspect of electrical design is to see the work that he does be installed and function in a real world environment where real products are produced and distributed.

Jason H. Steinke
Project Manager, Electrical Specialist
Jason’s passion for the electrical trade began early, working alongside his stepfather in his electrical service company, wiring homes and performing underground work for commercial projects. As a journeyman electrician, Jason was given the opportunity to manage small projects, sparking a deeper interest in project management. Over time, this led him to pursue a more hands-on approach to managing projects from start to finish, always striving to deliver results that exceed client expectations.
